Educational materials for elementary schools:
Protecting water sources, our drinking water
We present the issue of protecting the Žitný Ostrov water, located underground right in our surroundings. You will find specific topics and tips on how individuals or households can help protect water.
The materials are one of the outputs of the project Protection of Žitný Ostrov’s drinking water, which in 2024 received the nationwide ATLAS environmental award of the VÚB Foundation in the Awareness category.
Join the activities of the civic association For Our Water and Dunavit!
If you’d like to participate in awareness activities for water protection in Žitný Ostrov, have questions about using educational materials, or need advice on community engagement, feel free to contact us at info@zanasuvodu.sk.
